Tonight we were invited to MTV's studio for a screening of their new movie DISconnected and an after show taping. It is basically about how technology has a negative affect on people and their relationships with others. The movie dragged a little in the beginning and even froze quite a few times. Personally, we enjoyed laughing at some of the hateful and illiterate comments that were written to some of the characters in the movie. (Don't be mad, but we like to laugh!) We were given a two part questionnaire to fill out before and after the movie that we weren't able to finish due to the time limit. After that, we headed into the studio for a discussion on the movie with host SuChin Pak and special guest Vinnie Guadagnino from Jersey Shore. He was quite funny and shared some personal stories of is own. We noticed him sit on top of a girl in the audience for a second, probably because they had him standing at one point and she offered him her lap. LOL! Everyone who is dealing with bullies, depression, suicide, sexting, bad relationships and everyday life struggles should watch! Let's all try and be a little nicer!
