Evanescence Private Halloween Show!

We spent Halloween rockin' out with Evanescence in Tribeca. Q104.3 hosted a special Halloween mini concert with Evanescence. They opened the show with their new single "What you want" and killed it! Amy Lee's voice has gotten stronger & better and we didn't even think that was possible. She belts out the lyrics effortlessly. she is amazing live! We even had a chance to meet her after the show and she was incredibly sweet!

We're so happy they played their old hits such as "bring me to life", "call me when your sober" & the beautiful, "my immortal". They also played new tracks from the album such as "the other side", "my heart is broken" and their newest hit, "what you want". They were really great. one of the best bands we've seen live! If you get the chance, go! You won't be disappointed.

"Would You Rather? with Graham Norton" Taping

We know Graham Norton is a big deal in the UK. We've seen some of his interviews on his talk show and he's a witty guy. But, we recently attended a taping of his new "Sort-of" game show. It's Called "Would You Rather?" We sat in on 2 episodes. Both had a panel of 4 comedians. some of which we recognized.. such as Baron Vaughn (He's on Fairly Legal, which we love!) and Christian Finnegan. Each comedian is asked a "would you rather" question. "Would you rather get a text from your dad everytime he's horny or make a weekly obscene phonecall to your mom?" That was a real question from the show. We would rather never see another episode. This game is better left to those drunken nights with friends.
